Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy by putting them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to fulfil your order.

When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. A despatch note will then be sent out with your order. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product or there is a price change, we will contact you first.

If you make a mistake placing your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, simply call or email us and we will be happy to help you correct the mistake.

All product descriptions detailed on this website are given in good faith but may change without notice and do not form any part of a sales contract.

Returns Policy Tiverton Canal Co will accept the return of any item purchased from us within 7 days of delivery. The only cost to you, is the cost of returning the product to us less postage and packing costs.

To make a return you will need to contact us Email info@tivertoncanal.co.uk, or phone 01884 253345. We have a parcel policy whereby we do not normally accept parcels unless pre-booked with a Return number.

You will require a Returns Merchandise Authorization number that will need to be clearly written on the outside of your box near the address.

You may prefer to use an insured, trackable method to return the goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items in the return journey. Items should be returned in the same box as sent to avoid damage - but please discuss with us if necessary.

Perishable goods, CD's DVD's tapes or other recording media where the seal is broken cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
Once we have received and checked the returns and providing they are in an acceptable condition we will authorize a refund, via your original payment method.
